This Policy applies to all users of the App and Services, including users located in Sri Lanka. While FIIC Ventures LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company, we recognize and respect the data protection rights of our Sri Lankan users and strive to adhere to international data protection principles. 2. Definitions

  • Personal Information: Any information that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person. This includes, but is not limited to, your name, email address, medical reports, health data, and any other information you upload or submit to the App, and any other information you provide to us that can be used to identify you, directly or indirectly.
  • Process or Processing: Any operation or set of operations performed on Personal Information, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure, or destruction.
  • Data Controller: The entity that determines the purposes and means of the Processing of Personal Information. In this case, FIIC Ventures LLC is the Data Controller.
  • Data Processor: A Data Processor is responsible for processing personal data on behalf of a controller with the permission of the Data Controller.

  • Information Collected Automatically: Usage Data, Device Information, Log Data, and Location Data.

For users located in Sri Lanka, we also base our processing on Explicit Consent, Contractual Necessity, and Legitimate Interests.

Your Personal Information will be transferred to and processed in the Republic of Singapore, where FIIC Ventures LLC, Amazon Web Services infrastructure is based. We are committed to protecting your data and have implemented safeguards to ensure an adequate level of protection.
